I leave this review because they gave my son treatment a shot to reduce hives and demanded that he be transported to the hospital claiming he didn’t have a choice which was a lie. Patients always have a choice. I work in healthcare. Patients have the right to refuse any treatment. I personally am considering reporting them to state. So FastMed called the Ambulance and the ambulance workers told them that he didn’t have to be transported to the hospital. They check him out and said you are fine and you can refuse to be transported to the hospital you don’t have to do. FastMed should do the right thing and cover this 150 bill for my son because they violate his right to refuse treatment and manipulate him into believing he had no options. Please for every one else be up to date on patient bill of rights. In the patients bill of rights one of those is being able to refused treatment. Period. I hope Fastmed will look at who they call the ambulance for last month and decide to do the right thing and pay this 150 Bill to Vance County Ambulance service. All health care workers should know a patient has the right to refuse at anytime treatment.

The people were very nice. Fast Waite time They got me in and got me out. The longest I had to wait was when they were on the phone with my insurrance to verify copayment. This place will deffinantly be my go to I loved it. Thanks for caring for me

The short curvy receptionist with the locs is very unprofessional, I came in today and she ignored me while I was standing in line waiting to be assisted scrolling on her phone until a medical assistant asked if I needed help, (there was no one in front of me either) I explained to the medical assistant what I needed and as I was talking the receptionist decided to put her phone down and listen to what I was telling the MA, if she’s unhappy with her job she should seek better employment otherwise conducting herself in a professional manner when dealing with the general public will suffice.
