Today I had tests in the women section of the radiology department.  The women waiting area is setup for privacy and very close to one of the testing areas. Anna the technician was very professional empathetic and made me as comfortable as possible during these procedures. In this day in time with all the covid issues customer experience is not so pleasant at times. This made an anxious situation the best from the checkin security lady to the checkin lady in the women area to Anna the Radiology Technician.

I don’t recommend them if you are sick. If you are black just know you will most likely go into a closet for a room in the triage and be left there. Bypass and go straight to Granville Medical Duke UNC somewhere other than MPH

My sister was taken to Maria Purham today because she was hurting bad and come to find out its ketones she also has diabetes and is a minor so my mom went with her. They didnt treat her for what she went for the even gave her what was supposed to be IV was something that a diabetic isnt supposed to take and she was given two bags of it. She was also basically placed in a closet for triage no one checked up on her so my mother had to go find some doctor because they werent doing their job. She told them how bad she had started hurting and she was crying they told her in 15 minutes they will check on her they still didnt my mother once again had to go get a doctor and they didnt do anything so she left before anything got worse and went to Granville Medical. No one should ever trust them and they need to be sued for mistreatment and they need to be closed down or at least find some real doctors and nurses that actually care for the patients and not just care about the pay check they will be receiving.

Terrible service. Went in for a potential concussion. Took 3 hours I was literally the only person in the waiting room. They’ve already sent the bill to collections WITHOUT EVEN RUNNING MY INSURANCE. I’d rather die than go back here.

The staff at the Louisburg location is fantastic from check in nurse and doctor. First time going was Memorial Day with my son for an allergic reaction to something. Lisa at the front is AMAZING such a sweet lady and who you need when you are scared that your baby is hurt. Thank you to the entire staff

Wife was very dehydrated and COVID positive they made her wait outside for over an hour and half    Second time we had to come here   I tell you never again

I don’t remember what floor I was on but while I was in rehab for about 2 weeks I got very well cared for. I would like to send a very special THANK YOU to each and everyone who assisted in my care and rehabilitation. I appreciate everything you all did for me. I would also like to acknowledge nurseKIM I can’t tell you how nice courteous and helpful this wonderful person was to and for me.....Thanks once again Someone please find her and give her a great big hug for me.

The womens diagnostic center was able to fit me in at a very late notice yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about the team that took care of me. From checkin to my final conversation with the doctor I knew I was in excellent hands. Major props to the Radiation Tech who took care of me through a procedure I was very nervous about Thank you for the excellent service and dedication to my personal health
