Terrible I’ve been here 5 hours with no updates

375.00 for a COVID Test? Wow. 200 bucks for the test and 175 just for the privelege of waiting in their crowded waiting room for 4 hours for the nasal swab. This is why people are sick of American healthcare.

It should be a crime to use the word emergency on this place. No emergency is this slow and inefficient. It should be a W.R. waiting room

I really just want to say thank you for the wonderful treatment I received from the entire staff at Pardee. I had a double hip replacement and it began with Dr Depaolo doing an excellent job with the procedure. He also followed up in a timely fashion and was careful to set realistic expectations for the recovery. I could not have asked for a better team than Brittani Rachel Emily Miranda Rosie Allison Olga Maria Lu Shelby Kirsten Kristen Linda Lou Tonie Sierra Erin Tasha Vianay and Nina want who all worked to make my visit as comfortable as possible. They made sure I never needed anything and felt as athome as I could during my recovery process while also educating me on the steps I would take after leaving the hospital. Just an overall wonderful experience and I cannot stress enough how thankful I was to be treated by a team who really enjoyed their job and did it with an unmatched level of competency. Thank you again and I could not give a higher recommendation.

Doctor did a great job but be sure to ask for an estimate before the procedure. UNC Health charged me twice the the national average for my procedure.

My primary Doctor told me I had a hernia. I got an appointment with a general surgeon at Advent Health. He said I did not have a hernia. I called my primary Doctor and told him I wanted another opinion from a surgeon at Pardee. He set it up and I went to see Dr Thomas L. Eisenhauer. He said yes you do have a hernia and did the surgery a short while later. The entire procedure turned out to be a pleasant experience handled professionally because of Dr Eisenhauer his staff and the great people at Pardee Hospital.

My doctors appointment was coded as a physical when was just setting up my initial visit for transferring prescriptions. Medicare will not pay for physicals and denied. The office assists it was coded correctly. Called billing at the hospital and they were to call me back....that was three days ago At this point Im stuck with the $200 bill because of their ineptitude and lack of caring

Unfortunate details brought us to the Pardee hospital 09142021. The first part of the medical staff we interacted with was Dr Emily Sawyer. Dr Sawyer was very compassionate proficient professional and extremely knowledgeable. We knew our family member was in good hands and receiving the best care she could. The experience with the rest of the staff was also 5 stars.
