Always best Care I bless to have them thank you
The front desk girls act like they are in Jr high.one time they yelled at me and when I left the office manager was petting her.nothing said to me.no apology.they laugh and giggle not to mention the one time they were laughing and showing each other their bellies.last time I went ,I asked if I could take the stairs instead of the elevator.I have horrible anxiety.20 years ago they started letting me take the stairs down.I asked them the other day and they sneered and said no way
This is the worst doctors office in the state of NC. THEY refuse to send patient medications to the pharmacy as needed. Mother has BP med that's required and it took two weeks for the phyisican to Patientscall in prescription. You will die under Blue Ridge Medicals and Pardee hospital care.
I've been coming here for about a year and have had great experiences every time. The staff is friendly and prompt and my PCP is great. There is not long wait times when scheduling appointments and when arriving they are good about getting you in as fast as possible. Also the on site pharmacy is fantastic and very reasonable and professional. They are always great about trying to work around my busy work schedule as well. Keep it up HFHC you guys are a great place for treatment!
I have been coming here since it was the practice of Stephen Crane and I find that being polite and understanding brings the same in return. Dr. Van Deusen took over from Dr. Crane and in April she retired. I will miss her gentle nature. The staff are always good to me even though I know their job is a difficult one they go out of their way to be compassionate, thank you guys I appreciate you all.
Always had great experiences here, both with staff and Drs. I've had to call with questions for provider and i get prompt amswers. I also had to be worked on one day and no problem. Never had to wait long either. Been great for me
This is a long review.. skip it if you want a short answer. ;) The doctors are fine- average. Also a few of the receptionist who answer the phones have been pleasant, so I won't lump everyone together. But the staff as a whole is awful! The front desk ladies are never able to get us an appointment when needed. Maybe it's not their fault- it could just be that the office is overbooked. The nurses that I have dealt with are very rude and very unknowlagable. I myself suffer with serious heath problems. I went in November and needed a referral to a Rheumatologist. The doctor approved it but the staff didn't send the referal until I called them at least a dozen times. It took 4 months for me to even be able to schedule an appointment with my Rheumatologist. Then I needed to see my doctor yesterday and they refused to work me in. Like I said, I'm very ill. I'm on a Chemo drug so it's an absolute need for me I be able to see a doctor when I have new health issues come up. I ended up going to the ER instead where I was helped. Last week my husband had Mono and needed to follow up with a doctor after going to the ER. He couldn't get an appointment but thy promised if he came as a walkin patient he could be worked in. We sat there 5 hours before seeing a doctor. Hopefully my new doctors office will be an improvement!
Myuch beloved partner suffers from seizures. Tje doctor she saw refused to give her the medication she needed to to prevent them. Not only that they forced her to go thru a gorced dextox from meds that were vital to her health. We spent a month trying toget jer meds only to be told no. Do not come here if gou value your health. They do not care about the condition of people seeking help.
Before Hendersonville Family Health Center joined with Blue Ridge Health Center, they were a fabulous doctors office, I wouldn't take my family anywhere else. Now....its just a huge crazy mess. My family has gone there for 15 years and I have taken my daughter there since she was born 12 years ago. When my husband went to the doctor two weeks ago, they made him fill out a whole new patient packet of information....when he has been a patient there for 15 years. They they insisted that he doesn't have medicare...which they were extremely rude about, and they ended up being wrong after a phone call to the medicare office. I had to call today to make my daughter an appointment for possible strep throat, they not only didnt have her as a patient in their computer, they cant make her an appointment for another week and a half. The new staff that has been brought in to run the front desk are horribly rude. Nothing like the ladies that used to work the front desk. They promised with their combining the two doctors offices that nothing would change. Absolutely everything has changed....and not for the better.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
