I love this place and I have been going to this place for as long as I can remember with all of my children and my nephews I haven’t had any major issues or problems.The receptionists may have not returned my calls a few times over the past 12 years but that doesn’t take away from the Good jobhard work or the long hours that all the doctors at rainbow dedicate to my kids all the other children that go thereI think it’s a great place

This place needs to be investigated by a medical board or something . When a child is on a medication that has to be taking and the side affects stopping it too abruptly can cause discontinuation syndrome to develop. Among the symptoms that may be experienced are nausea tremor dizziness muscle pains weakness insomnia and anxiety. And not caring and having there medication filled in a timely manner after numerous phone calls to have it called in is very unprofessional and actually disgusting that they will have a child on a medication of this sort and blow it off like it’s a over the counter vitamin. This is the perfect example of why a child ends up with issues because of the lack of concern or care from a office like this one. Unfortunately with this small town you are limited to a pediatric office so I don’t think they really care what anyone feels about them cause there mindset is if you don’t like it go somewhere else. This is just one of my complaints cause I was told to let the other one go cause of not wanting issues. But the fact of out child being out of her medication for to many days really makes me upset. Very unprofessional

Worst pediatric experience we have had to date. The front of house lacks clear leadership giving training for policy and procedures communication skills and customer service.I see your reply I left a message with my cell phone for the manager that day. Not yet have I received a return call.

Went to BRH in the morning daughter had temperature they were so concerned about covid 19 that no other test were done or anything else checked. Now at emergency room 3am and daughter has a temperature of 103 and should have been caught at doctors office. Terrible office.

I just recently switch doctors from rainbow. They are horrible at scheduling. Two different times I had appointments written down on a card showed up for the appointment and they told me it was the wrong day even though they wrote it . Horrible at calling my daughter was sick called two different times within 3 days and never return the phone call. They always wanted to beat around the bush with my daughter I never could get a referral. My daughter went there for 5 12 years and never again.

Dont waste your time with an appointment had one set at 4. Arrived 15 minutes early and still waiting 30 minutes later with no one in waiting room.

By far the best pediatric practice They’re very attentive to my kids and always have been.

You never get seen I call and always I am told they only have one dr and they cannot see anyone. I am now changing drs I have had to consistently go to urgent care and the emergency room to have my son seen.
