Worst place ever been to he even told me that the prescription was not as good as my old prescription glasses.The woman who adjust the glasses kept warming them up again and again making sure they were good for breaking easy

Worst experience with doctor or whatever he is I don't think he is a doctor doesn't like to give a right prescription to the Medicare patients also even told me that the new prescription is not as good as the old prescription

Went in for an 11:20 AM appointment. At 11:45 I asked how much longer it would be, I was told "about" 15 minutes. I agreed to wait the 15 minutes. At approximately 12:05 PM I was called in and was told that the refraction I came in for would cost $40.00, I asked how much longer it would take and was told that it would be "another" 40 minutes before I could see the doctor. So my 11:20 AM appointment was going to be 12:45 PM. Not acceptable.

Every single time I go in for an eye exam, emergency eye issue (corneal abrasion), new glasses, Dr. Poole spends intense time explaining everything in depth. This dr has an immense grasp of the hugely complicated issues involving the eyes and everything that impacts and involves the eye(s). My cataracts were caught early and watched carefully. My genetic macular degeneration is very closely monitored. The medications I take for other issues have been explained to me on how they impact my vision. I really have never encountered an eye dr who is so well versed in his field. Further, I trust Dr. Poole completely. In an eye emergency where I smashed my eye with a mold contaminated bottle, my immediate action was to call the office and get in to be seen. Moving quickly and getting into a real expert protected an eye that I feared had been badly damaged. Bottomline: my spouse and I do not trust anyone else with our vision except for Dr. Poole. Kudos to office staff in All areas.
