List of Fastmed Urgent Care's Reviews
Got there earliest appointment so that myself and child wouldn’t be late for work and school and still sat for over a hour while they talked at the desk and we just come in for something simple and something that shouldn’t have taken a few minutes and been a in and out thing !!! Don’t go there if you are wanting fast treatment because it won’t happen !!! I am very disappointed …..
Always quick, courteous, and knowledgeable! My go-to for urgent needs!
Every friendly staff
we went to FastMed on April 7, 2023 and we will not be back and I will not recommend anyone to go there. The front staff was nice and so was the nurse. The doctor's demeanor was ok but not great. The nurse barely swabbed my daughter's throat and our reason for being there was because I could tell she had strep. The nurse said she got a good sample when she probably didn't even touch the back of her throat. Dr. Brian Buddendeck barely looked at her throat. He said the test came back negative and he saw no sign of strep with his 2 second look in her throat. She had been having a high fever along with vomiting and diarrhea and he said both the front and back lymph nodes were swollen. they did… More
we always get fast, efficient and quality care when we have to go to the fastmed close to us.
Great place I took my daughter there for a school physical. Great people and wasn’t a long wait with a walk in.
I cut open my leg pretty badly, they got me back pretty much immediately, were super cool and informative, made sure I was comfortable before they started stitching, I definitely recommend this place! 😁😁😁
FastMed had us in and out in 20 minutes on a Friday afternoon. The whole staff was great with my 4 year old. Will def be back for all urgent care needs.
Yes.......there was a wait, but NOT that long. ANYWHERE you go these days there is a wait, so I was ready for that. Reception and check in was great. I didn't wait too long. Called back to a room to start with the nurse and that was great. Then I DID have to wait about 30-40 minutes till the doctor was able to see me, but I understood.......they were busy. The doctor was great...."left no stone unturned".....and helped me a lot. I'm much better now because of him and I'm grateful. So my experience was excellent and I would definitely go back to FastMed. Thanks y'all for being there!!
Positives: the support staff and nurses were incredible! So kind and caring. Negatives: the male PA/Dr (Brian aka Bud) did not listen to any of my concerns. I could hear him talking about my chart and determining that I wasn’t actually injured BEFORE he ever stepped into the room. He manipulated my arm even when I asked him to stop due to severe pain. He raised his voice and told me to do what he said or he wasn’t going to help. He said there was “no way I could have dislocated my arm and I probably just pulled a muscle”. He asked if I “wanted a sling or something” and with anger in his voice said he wasn’t here to give out pain meds. He sent me on my way without any relief. A second opinion (not at FastMed) determined I did dislocate my arm and they were actually willing to help. I would NEVER recommend this urgent care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
