I am writing this review to confirm everything else that is being sad about Dr. Douglass in these reviews---uncaring, dismissive, and rude. Sure, she did not want to prescribe me certain medications for my insomnia. I get that, whatever. But her tone was all wrong. She did not show any sympathy for my situation. Walked out of the room without so much as a goodbye or I hope you get the attention you need. The whole time she just seemed not to care at all except to harangue me about things I should have done but didn't do. She spoke in a matter of fact tone the entire time and showed little compassion. I was already hesitant about going back to her because even before when I went to her about other things she just seemed so not present. My wife said the same thing after visiting with her. I don't know what's up with her but her demeanor doesn't seemed to based on just having a bad day here and there. Everybody has those. It seems a perennial issue that she lacks the ability to speak and compose herself in a way that others feel like they are genuinely heard. Will never go back there again.

My grandma had to see Douglass and it was for something very serious. During that time, my grandma wanted to FaceTime my mom and aunt to help her understand what would be said. Douglass was VERY rude to my grandma and my mother and aunt. Douglass acted as if she did not care to listen or discuss what was going on and we feel as if she made quick assumptions about things and didn’t really care to find out ways to help my grandma. I would describe her rapport and body language as arrogant and dismissive..

I was shocked when I accompanied my father to his appointment with a nurse practitioner in this group I have never encountered such a sloppy unmotivated medical practice Fortunately, they did what I told them to do and he is still alive. Oh — and they don’t return phone calls. They don’t pick up when you’re returning their call, and they don’t respond to important calls from hospital staff

When trying to call an schedule an appointment for my 91 year old mother it is impossible to reach anyone when you call you are asked to leave message sometimes you receive call back but usually requires second message to be left . Staff seems confused as to why you are calling an not professional at all. I do not have any idea why you every moved a family medicine doctor in with internal medical group we miss the ease making an appointment when they actually answer the phone . And understood why we are calling . We love Dr. Walker but this new system is very trying impossible for my mother to negate own her on.

Due to my interaction with Douglass during my appointment earlier this week, I have made a firm decision to not return to this practice. Douglass acted as if she did not care to listen or discuss what was going on and I feel as if she made quick assumptions about me as a person. Do not go here or take you’re parents there either dr Murphy is a practitioner that cares about money solely has ruined the life of my parents by playing dr feel good he killed my parents do not go there stay away

They are the most unprofessional and rude office I have ever been to. About 7 months ago I had a mammogram that required a follow up screening in 6 months. The doctors office is required to put in a request for the 6 month mammogram recheck. I have called twice to ask them to put in the order to the radiologist and they still haven't called in the order. I called another time to check on a RX refill and the person who answered the phone couldn't find the pharmacy request and was extremely rude!

Two stars because we love Dr Crocker. However the office staff is unprofessional. The office manager called apologized and corrected my first situation. That was nice. However two different receptionist have been very rude and unprofessional. “What is wrong with your dad that he can’t do this himself” is not an okay thing to say to people. We have medical POA and unless the receptionist is actually trying to help me “what is wrong” with my dad is none of her business. Take the message, collect the documents and payment, check my dad’s HIPPA and reference the POA on file, and pray you don’t get sick and need your children to help you one day. Caring for my dad is difficult enough without snarky office staff thinking it’s their job to make it harder. Again Dr Crocker is great my dad is very sick and he is working hard on his care and he has a great easy to work with personality.

Absolutely pitiful. Dr. Doesn't want to do his job. I needed an earlier apt and they told me to go to the health department. Terrible Dr's. Do not go your wasting your money
