The idiots behind the desk lie to clients consistently, we haven't been able to get our problem handled for FIVE MONTHS. How can a care center disregard people's health this long when we constantly contact them and never get called back and blue cross blue shield says they haven't heard from them. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE IMBICILS.

She made my first visit in 2 years to a GP easy from the start.Saw Dr. Tanya Chin. She is personable, engaging and very very good. I am thrilled to have her.Erica handled the first part of the appointment and was great.Several questions arose that were easily answered by accessing UNC Healthcare portal to get data from endocrinologist.UNC Healthcare Portal App is highly available. Easy interface makes for capable tool.Love this practice.

If I could rate this a -0 I would. They would not take in my family member for a follow up after being discharged from the hospital because he was not “established” there. They said go back to his primary. The reason I was calling is because his primary doesn’t have appts opening up soon. This clinic could give a damn about what you are going through. Do not recommend this place save your money and go somewhere where they actually care for you.

All of the staff is friendly and makes you at ease. Josh Harris asked open end d questions and actually listened to,my answers and truly cared. I have filnally found a doctor that I enjoy going to and dont’t just feel like they want you out the door.
