They were quick friendly and assisted my needs to my likeing as well!!!

Took over 30 min. to reach check in and I was the 2nd person in line. Asked about senior flu shot. Clerk left for 10 min. and said they didn't have it, wouldn't get, and go to Ingles. "Urgent Care is an oxymoron when it comes to Pardee!

I called only to ask about wait time which could have answered quickly. However, when they picked up the phone all I got was a "This is PUC. Please hold." I waited 10 minutes too long before I hung up.

AVOID! These people don't care about you! I walked in for a dislocated shoulder, after they wasted my time filling out paperwork, putting on a gown and letting me in, they tell me they don't treat dislocated shoulders and I need to go to ER! Then the best part is getting an almost $200 bill for that waste of time, then spending hours trying to dispute it.

Super slow. Staff acts like they don't know what's going on

There was a long line when I first arrived to get checked in about 30min wait then almost 1.5 hours longer to be seen total time there 3hours but they did an x ray and got to the problem of a fractured foot. So all in all ok with the service. Just hard to be there when in pain. Since surgery and recovering.

This place is a joke. The woman at the front desk said my office visit was $125.00 (no insurance), which I paid. The PA looked at the stye on my eye lid and prescribed a 5 day antibiotics. I spent maybe 10 min with the PA, he looked at my eyelid and no other diagnostics were done. After 5 days there was no change in my eye condition. I then went to an optomitrist and paid another 125.00. The optomitrist stated the PA gave me the wrong medication and it would never have cleared my condition. The optomitrist then prescribed a 14 day different antibiotic. A week later I get a bill from Pardee stating I owed another $59.00. I called billing and they told me that even though I paid the agreed upon $125.00 office visit fee that "that's only an estimate" and I owe more money. I said my appt was as basic as it could have been and have no idea what a basic office visit could be if I didn't have it. They said that was the way it was and I owe an additional $59.00. I told them I wasn't paying it!

Don't care about patients, have no order. Been here 2hrs & 7 people have jumped before me & I'm here for a 30 sec DT for a job... this place is a complete joke!! Literally see 5 people twiddling their thumbs doing nothing while 9 of us wait... smdh

I would like to thank the receptionist and her calm demeanor when I arrived with a broken boot. She found the correct staff member, Daryl, X-Ray Tech, to help me. Immediately Daryl was escorting me thru the door, I was seated and fitted with a new boot. Professional from start to finish! Thank you!!
