Dr. Walker was our physician for the three years we lived in Hendersonville. We both think he is the best. We always had his undivided attention and he spent as much time with us as we needed. We were sorry to leave the area because we feel that we will never find another doctor as attentive as he is. We would give him our highest recommendation possible.

I am new to the area, 66 year old healthy male, who recently engaged Dr. Walker as my primary care physician. Every aspect of the office is very well run. From appointment setting to timeliness, from access to Dr. Walker. Plus the convenience of in office lab draws. Timely referrals to other healthcare professionals has also been appreciated. The UNC health portal they are on, in conjunction with Pardee hospital, allows seamless communication across their healthcare system. Previous primary care physicians had discouraged me from having my PSA tested. Though I was symptom free Dr. Walker agreed to add the PSA test to my bloodwork order. We discovered very high PSA levels. Dr. Walker immediately referred me to a local urologist which led to the diagnosis of aggressive prostate cancer, recently addressed with robotic prostatectomy surgery at Emory Medical School and Hospital in Atlanta. Obviously I have a very positive experience with Dr. Walker as my primary care physician.

Dr Walker is one of the best family Dr's if not the best I have ever used...Takes time to listen evaluate and discuss medical issue...I have never been made to believe Dr Walker was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. ...Excellent at getting his patient's in on short notice usually the same day for something urgent......Dr Walker has an excellent staff ....very friendly and caring......Highly recommended

doctor walker is a good doctor he knows what he is doing , but the down side is, Dr.walker an his staff dont seem to understand that people cannot just up an go an pay to do specalist . since i couldnt do this he drop me as a patience. a little upset since i have been with him for over 15 years .
