List of Raj NATVARLAL Patel's Reviews
I have been seeing Dr. Patel for the last year for treatment of wet Macular degeneration. I have found him to be kind, compassionate, caring, gentle. The staff that works with him reflects his joy in what he does. He knows his "stuff". While the treatment for this condition isn't pleasant, his gentleness and overall good humor make it bearable.
I think Dr Raj Patel is a great Doctor, but his staff is the worst I have ever experienced. They are rude, specially this lady Margaret at the front office, she made me feel like a thief and she went on and on with her ruddiness. Six months ago she collected with a rude tone $360 saying that she is not sure the insurance is going to cover my service, then when I called after a month making sure the insurance cover for the service, she yelled that I have to wait for the return, It took 6 months to get returned. I had to see the doctor again and I didn't get nothing but unpolite ways towards me, what is wrong with this lady. The nurse called me for lab results and since I missed the called I am calling daily to try to return the call and she wouldn't let her speak arguing she is busy with a patient and hangs up. A week? really? I am sorry for a great Doctor who builds a bad name for the personnel who works for him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
