Words aren't enough to thank this amazing man for saving my life. As a young mother of 6 finding out that I was as close to death as possible yet still aware was terrifying. In walked this doctor with his sweet southern accent and a heart big enough to fill the room. He did everything imaginable to fix my heart and I was able to leave the hospital and go home to my kids. That alone was my my Christmas miracle but I just had another echo yesterday and found out that his magic continued and my heart is actually IMPROVING! The odds were not in my favor the night before Thanksgiving but my luck improved because our local doctors were on holiday and I was fortunate enough to get Dr. Fontana aka Dr. Studly who not only saved my life but was able to set me on a course of healing. He is the GREATEST Dr I have ever met and hands down the kindest man on earth. I HIGHLY recommended him to anyone because he isn't here for the money he truly cares about his patients and that is a fact. Thank you!

I feel that l have lost a friend, for the office to not even tell me where he is, not treated fairly!! Dr Fontana certainly treated me so well, l miss him greatly!!

Dr. Fontana is a wonderful MD. Educated, kind, and takes his time explaining everything to you. I have my full trust in him. I am so sorry to hear he is leaving Physicians East. It will be hard to find another MD to full his shoes. Thank you Dr. Fontana. Your Italian patient from NE. G. Ferrara.

Fantastic Cardiologist. He listens to his patients and takes the appropriate time to understand their problems and find a solution. He saved my life and I am so glad he is my cardiologist. Other doctors had determined my problems were not cardiac, but Dr. Fontana stepped in and immediately ordered cath and found multiple blockages. He is compassionate, empathetic, generous, and an overall great human being. I wish I could give him higher than 5 stars!

Dr Fontana is great he has never been in a hurry he listens to what you are saying so he can help you feel better. He has excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend him.
