Arthur Gray's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Gray and English-Black in my opinion are good doctors but the staff never calls me back when I need my prescription refilled and it's been nothing but a problem getting it refilled.

Showed Dr. Gray my moles and thought he would freeze them. Man, was I mistaken. Showed him the moles on my back, none were frozen. The one that I was really concerned with was on my left face. He looked at it and said that I need to see my family doctor for removal. Reason was not given. He did freeze one in my left ear and one on my right arm. He had a very bad attitude. Will never go back to see him.

My experience was the absolute worse experience I have ever had in my life. I went in for one thing but Dr Gray did a totally different procedure that I did not ask for. He did not explain anything. He was freeze happy. He froze places on my face without asking my permission. All I wanted was a scar and wart removed, but he did not remove because he wanted to send out for biopsy, and I did not agree to that! He is the worst Dermatologist. He was argumentative and unprofessional.

called to make an appointment letting office staff was not accommodating and at rude. I had been a long term patient of Dr Lupton before Dr Grey took over his practice. I always experienced his staff as pleasant and helpful. I find them rude and unprofessional. I was told there were no appointments for several months even though it was urgent. I called back a few minutes later and there were several open appointments. I saw Dr, Gray who seemed efficient, competent and pleasant. I was given an appointment for a follow up several weeks later. When I arrived I was told my appointment was cancelled, although I was never notified. There was no apology, I was told he was overbooked so the appointment was changed. So my evaluation was not based on Dr. Grey as a physician but his staff.
