After my mom has suffered tremendous pains and issues for weeks behind her medication the doctors have done nothing but be rude their front desk receptionist has been rude my mom has been in and out of the hospital trying to figure out what’s going on with her he gave her medicine that was too high they switched it to medicine that is too low and now every time she’s calling ask him for some medication to help her pain they are prolonging her medication she’s been waiting for a callback when I called to speak with the receptionist she hung up then she put me on hold so long that I would hang up it is ridiculous it is unbearable the pain that my mom is going through obviously this facility needs some customer service and it’s not fair the way they treat some patients must be the color of her skin . The point is that the doctor should care about the patient and try to help instead he seems like he’s an old doctor that is tired of his job with a whole bunch of old front desk receptionist that are also tired of the job no one is helping my mom while she sits home and paying all day without any assistance her Them. I’m writing this review because it takes one person to point out certain doctors to realize some people aren’t here to help they’re just here for the money and with my mother suffering with pain every single day they do nothing to help her today he was supposed to send medication for her now the office is closed so she was spend her entire night in pain screaming hollering because she cannot get her pain medication on top of the fact that she’s already been to the emergency room several times what is someone to think if something happens to my mom I will definitely Sue this facility for malpractice and I will suggest that no one goes here if you were of a different race

These people saved my life. Dr Kauth and his amazing PEOPLE are the kindness folks I have ever been around.i am telling you from my own experience that these people know hepatitis c and they have a cure for you. DR KAUTH is Amazing Doctor. He talk with me and told me everything I needed to know about hepatitis c and went over everything. Blood work medication and how long my treatment was. This Doctor is the best. So if you are told you have hepatitis c I myself are telling you to don't trust your life to just any person.let this Doctor and his staff take care of your health.they do other things to but there not one Doctor in this world I want on myside but DR BRAIN KAUTH. put your life into hands that care. And you want find any other Doctors who's cares any more then Dr Kauth GOD BLESS YOU REV DAN HERRING

Dr. Kauth is the best doctor I've ever been to. He is caring and kind. Dr. Kauth takes his time with each patient so sometimes the wait is a little long but its worth to have a doctor who care about your health.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kauth to anyone who is looking for a new primary care physician. Dr. Kauth was my Dr. when he was in Syracuse, NY and he was the best Dr. I ever had. I was very disappointed when he left and I had to choose another provider. To any patient who sees him now, you are in the best hands. He is a great Dr. and he has the best bedside manner.

My family has been coming here since I was a child! All my siblings come here and now my daughter comes here. The staff is so loving and Brian Kauth is a great doctor!!! I wouldn't want my daughter to be anywhere else but here!!

Dr Kauth takes time to talk to me and answers all questions about the condition of my office visit. Dr Kauth is friendly and nice to talk to about anything. He is someone who I can trust to prescribe the medications that I need.
