I went to the Hickory facility for an MRI and they were wonderful I didnt have to wait long at all and everyone was so kind and professional. Couldnt have had a better experience.

This was my first experience with a mammogram due to some issues I have been having and I have to say that the staff here made what would normally be a scary experience a pleasant one well as pleasant as possible. Everyone here took their time with me and did their best to explain every step of the process. Even though I have been in pain they made sure to be extra easy and thorough all at the same time. Since I am having issues it took a lot of extra time from what I expected. Not once did I feel like they were rushing to get me out the door like some facilities make you feel. Pam the mammogram lady was an angel. She is absolutely precious. She made every step of this process so much easier. She brought me a warm robe she was very personable and kind. I have more testing coming up and I am very impressed with these guys and feel that they are very competent. I will definitely be continuing to use their services. They even gave me a rose before I left. Having some results before walking out the door gives me less to worry about. If I could give them extra stars I absolutely would. Ten all the way Thank you so much for helping make a generally unpleasant situation so much more tolerable

My appointment was for 100. I walked in at 105 wreck traffic rainy weather on Interstate put me running slightly behind. I was informed that a patient with a 200 appointment was there early and they gave that patient my appointment since I was late. And that I would have to wait until 200 for my 10 minute scan. I think not waiting 5 minutes before giving another patient my slot was very unprofessional. This incident forced me to make arrangements for my children to be picked up from school. I won’t be back.

I drive an hour and a half to use their services even though I have the same services available in my hometown. Blue Ridge Radiology’s prices are very reasonable the environment is clean comfortable and elegant but beyond all that these are the most kind and professional people Even though I had to negotiate a complicated logistical insurancedoctor protocolimaging issue recently every person at BRR was extremely patient respectful and understanding. You could not ask for a nicer place to have your imaging done.

Ive used FryeCare CVMC and now BRR and hands down Blue Ridge is the best They are professional from the call to the follow up. Friendly and cost effective choice for our area. I highly recommend I went to one in Hickory.
