Nurse Ashley was amazing with my son! He got his 2nd covid shot and she was so easy putting that medicine in tht he didn't even cry! Normally he'll scream! Love her!!

I can’t recommend Catawba Pediatrics enough! They have always went above and beyond while caring for my children. Quickly return calls and very helpful when you have any questions or concerns. The absolute best Pediatrics Office in Catawba and surrounding counties!

Very sad to say we will be switching pediatricians after today, Dr.Kline is amazing and we have always loved him but I’ve never felt heard by any of the nurses I’ve had when we go to this office Or when leaving messages on the nurse triage line. I tried speaking to the office manager about this issue she also immediately started brushing what I had to say under the rug. I’m his mother, I spend every day with this child versus the 10 minutes they see him in this office they would be doing their job better if they listened to the parents. I’m very sad to say that SO MANY PEOPLE WARNED ME AGAINST THIS OFFICE FOR THIS REASON. They are a very busy office and you are nothing but a number. Our babies cannot speak to tell us what’s wrong and it’s our job to push for them but it’s the doctors and nurses jobs to try to be as thorough as possible.

I just moved and need a new pediatrician. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks . Now it’s been 2 wks and called to check up on it they still haven’t done anything and now my daughter is sick and they told me that I can’t schedule any sick visits until she has a wellness visit ….. well for her to be well she needs a doctor .. and there well visits are not until January 😡

We moved to the area because of the military with our medically fragile 4 month old. They have wasted 2 weeks of our time trying to get her records from past doctors to just now tell us they still couldn’t see her til the end of December. We’ve made it abundantly clear that we need an appointment soon, and if they couldn’t accommodate that, we should’ve been told two weeks ago. I understand the short notice, but we could have at least been informed they couldn’t get us in before wasting our time. Now we have to restart with another pediatrician’s office, and this inconsiderate practice has put our daughter in danger.
