They are horrible to return calls. My wife is sick with covid and no one for two days has returned a call or called in any kind if medication. If she goes into the hospital or dies I will hold this office responsible.

Very bad place . My family come to this place often to see dr Moua before . but now every time I call for appointments they told me I consider new patients and don’t know if the doctor want to see me or not. Wow I didn’t know doctor can choose patient . It may take 2 month to see him , why would anyone sick and have to wait for 2 month to be seen , we already self healed or dead by then . Your in the wrong business .. call yourself a doctor?? Your a sack of s()!t

This place is horrendous, if I could give this place 0, I would. Jennifer Ramos is a "doctor" there, this lady is a joke. Gave me my prescription wrong, then told me to return it. We all know u can't return pills, then she said and I quote "I didn't know u couldn't return them" . Another time told her I when to ER, they found something and send me to my family doctor to get a referral, the ER game me a cd with all the info and tests and Jennifer said she had no way of opening a cd,then I proceeded to ask for and email, she said they dont use that. Had to drop paper copies of my situation, tag urgent by the ER doctor , took her 3 days to give me a referral. Another thing, the only way I could get my prescription is on paper, because of her previous constant mistakes my insurance tough I was trying to commit fraud. And today was the cherry on top, I was on the parking lot since 12:15, they open again at 1:15 after their lunch break. My appointment was at 1:30. Whenever I go inside they told me a was late and I need it to reschedule even though I show her my email and text message with date and time. I can keep on going for ever with my bad espiriences with this place in less than 6 months. I would not send my worst enemy here. I have no clue which cereal box provided the license to this doctor or which book she used to swear her oat to serve and help patients.

This office is a joke. My elderly parents Covid 19 test results sat for days unopened so they had no idea if they were positive or not. In the time of a pandemic such as this you would think a doctor would take the time to analyze the results and inform their patients. I called on their behalf because I wanted to see if there was possibly another issue but no, they just can't take the time to look. Unbelievable...now I know how they really feel about their patients.

Extremely rude lady at front counter. An appointment was set on Thursday for my girlfriend and when we got in we was told our appointment was the day before. And she said they will dismiss my girlfriend out of that clinic because we didn’t go to our appointment. We tried to tell her we was told differently and she still said we was in the wrong. She said they had called us to remind us about our appointment but we never received it. Seems like someone’s not doing there job scheduling and making sure everyone’s on the right page. That lady at the front counter should not be interacting with people at all and needs to work on her people skills. Folks, save your life and go somewhere else.

Never have I felt so disgusted or disrespected. For the past few years I have been a patient at another CVFM office but with a change in my insurance I had to change to this location. Today was my first appointment. I went in and was greeted by a warm, kind front desk worker. Everything was great. I then was taken back to a room by a nurse named Amber. She was very sweet until I told her that I was there because I had recently found out I am pregnant and that with the life I live of traveling constantly for work, not having the best health, and just all around not being ready for a child, I was considering terminating and wanted more information on that and my other options. She instantly looked me up and down with disgust and said "the doctor will be in soon." When i said thank you I got a "mhmm" as a response. I saw Jennifer Ramos the Nurse Practitioner. It took over an hour after being taken to my room for her to come in. I explained to her what was going on and let her know I felt disrespected by the nurse. She half-a** apologized and when I told her I should be able to come to a doctors office for any reason and not feel judged she told me, "I'm not going to judge you but I will tell you right now that I personally don't agree with your choice. You have other options and this will haunt you for life." And then proceeded to tell me that if that's my choice I could "figure it out on your own" and she can't do anything to help me. No medical professional should be allowed to treat a patient any negative way because of a difference of opinion. I should not leave the doctor's office feeling worse than when I left, shaking and crying and feeling lower than dog poop. I would gladly rate this "family medical center" less than 1 star were it possible.

My first Visit with Jennifer was great. She didn't rush, and really listened to me, and did great adjusting my meds.

Sorry I don’t have the option to give ZERO STARS , All came at my appointment at North-East Catawba Valley Family Medicine with NP JENNIFER RAMOS ,June 22/2020,10:00AM. I was in time at location (2365 Springs Rd.NE ,Hickory NC) , My wife had to call because were not allowed inside , a medical assistant came out and informed us all the RESTRICTION in order to see Ms Jennifer Ramon NP ,I want to mention that I am 71 years OLD and NOT 21 ,I have Heart problem ,Diabetes, ETC and my wife is DISABLED (Brest cancer stage 4) , I told the Nurse assistant that I CAN’T COMPLIED with restriction at my age (71) , I am too OLD and with health problem and I WILL COME BACK WHEN THE RESTRICTIONS WILL BE LIFTED , That it’s ALL , I DID NOT SEE Ms. JENNIFER RAMOS,NP , I DID NOT SPEAK WITH HER.After few days I received TWO LETTERS from Ms. JENNIFER RAMOS NP and I WILL POST from her letter : “This letter is to inform that your PHYSICIAN/PATIENT RELATIONSHIP with ALL PRIMARY CARE LOCATIONS WITHIN CATAWBA VALLEY MEDICAL GROUP IS BEING TERMINATED. This termination will apply to ALL PRIMARY CARE PRACTICES and PROVIDERS WITHIN the CVMG Network”, NOT MOTIVE or CAUSE.I WAS SHOCKED ,I never had a problem with doctors in 71 years , I travel and work all over Europe all doctors were DEDICATED to HEAL PEOPLE and NOT HARM or PUT THEM UNDER STRESS , I don’t Know who INVESTED Ms. JENNIFER RAMOS WITH THE POWER to ACT LIKE OWNER of THE COMPANY ,TO REFUSE TO ASIST PATIENTS and INTERDICT ACCESS TO OTHER DOCTORS ,THIS LOOK LIKE A “VENDETTA”,Her Attitude can LAND HER in JUDICIAL PROCESS and CAN DESTROY HER FUTURE , NOW I AM WITH/OUT MEDICAL ASSISTANCEand MEDICATION , I LIKE TO STOP HERE NOT TO DEBATE ANYMORE (UNTIL, I AM FORCED) and LEAVE THIS SUBJECT TO the COMPANY DISCRETION THAT SHE WORK FOR……HER ATTITUDE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN MEDICAL FIELD.DAN O’BRYAN ……July 06/2020

Dr Kauth is hands down one of the Best physicians I have ever had the opportunity to see. He takes his time and actually cares about what you are saying. Keep up the great work guys I love this practice!

Went in in 11/11/19 had problems with the lady's at the front desk very rude & unprofessional I finally received the bill ridiculously high so today I go to the office to see why it was really high because no Labs or anything was done on the day of my visit on the 11th of November the office is supposed to be opened at 1:15 from their lunch it is now 1:39 doctor's office is still closed I think it is time for my family to find a new doctor's office I hate to do this because we see doctor Kauth he's a very good doctor
