Sharp as a whip, the best of the bunch.

I met Dr Mauldin 2 years ago after an automobile accident. I have since moved to Carolina ENT. He and the staff are a 5 star group and I am blessed.

I cannot put in to words the deepest gratitude and respect for Dr Mauldin. I was the victim of a carjacking and brutal assault. The attacker used brass knuckles and broke over 5 bones in my face and complete orbital blowout. I looked and felt like a monster. I didn’t know if I would ever look or feel normal again. There was not a Doctor in the area who would take on the intricate and delicate facial reconstruction I was so desperately in need of. I thought I would be deformed the rest of my lifet. Dr Mauldin stepped up and agreed to take on the difficult task of reconstructing my face. He took extra time to explain the surgery and the risks involved. I was depressed and scared, however Dr Mauldins staff were so kind and warm that I felt they truly cared about my well being and felt I was in the best of hands. I was so impressed with Dr Mauldins professionalism and kindness before and after my surgery. He skillfully reconstructed the orbital floor blowout, zygomatic process, nasal bone, and maxillofacial fractures so beautifully that people who do not know my story would never know Ive had facial reconstruction. I healed wonderfully, with minimal to no pain, and to my surprise with little to no scarring. I will always have the deepest gratitude to Dr Mauldin and his staff. There is no better surgeon and healthcare professional than Dr Mauldin. Thank you again for giving me back my life.

After having Thyroid Cancer, in 2005, I was put on Levothyroxin. I never regained any of my former vigor. My health kept going downhill, no matter how the Drs adjusted the levothyroxin levels up or down...always too high or too low. My heath was so bad that I could hardly get out of bed...no energy, swelling, anger, depression, and so much more... Dr Mauldin kept checking for something to help me get my health back... Turned out that I was having an allergic reaction to levothyroxin fillers...and sever sleep apnea. He changed my medicine to mix of natural and synthetic. Name brand Synthroid and natural Armour... I highly recommend Dr Mauldin. It has been 10 years since I started taking my new medications, it did take some time to get the dosage right. However, now I can enjoy my children and grandchildren, live my life, and not in a chair or bed all day.

I can always feel confident when I have to go see Dr. Mauldin. A great physician.

Dr. Mauldin was wonderful and very caring. He took time to explain everything he was going to do to remove the benign tumor from my parotid gland. He prepared me with all of the "this could happen" but I had absolutely not issues and no problems. One of few doctors I have ever seen who was on time, no waiting. He was professional and my incision was very clean and healing nicely, appears that I will have very little scar. He is a A+ doctor!
