Many years ago I had to have second opinion on my bleeding. She did endoscopic and colonscope. If it weren't for her expertise I would not be alive today! She has been caring for my condition since 2009.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Richardson for a year. She was treating my GERD and hernia. I had no complaints until this summer I read about one of my meds and didn’t want to continue with it. I preferred another one so I called and asked for a change. My Dr. was out of town so a note was left on her desk. Days later I called again but did not hear back. A couple of weeks later I called again and did not hear back. I had refills so I continued to take the medicine. As prescribed. They finally did call and asked me via message to call and schedule an appointment. At that time a Lot was going on with my fiancé health wise. Plus I had several other health issues myself. Between the two of us we had multiple appointments each week. Out of weariness and stress I Forgot to call. The next thing I know I’m getting a Certified letter that says I am no longer welcome at that practice. It stated due to medical noncompliance I was being let go! I have absolutely No Idea what I did to deserve this. All I did was say it was unpleasant information I was reading about my medicine and I no longer wanted to take it. Then I failed to call back in timely manner after being ignored by them for Weeks. I’ve been told that I am not welcome to call there and someone I sought advice from said they could even get a restraining order against me. FOR WHAT? I do not know WHY I have received this letter unless the Dr. didn’t like me questioning my meds. There was no medical noncompliance on my part. My advice to you is do not go here unless you never ask questions and do not care to have any say so in your medical treatment. I would hire an attorney and question this action because there are other Dr.’s there I would see but is it worth the effort and price to remain where I’m not welcome. I was seen the year of 2016. I had 2 upper GI and 2lower GI. Dr. Richardson herself and nurses were great her billing dept on the other hand is terrible. I had medical insurance and Medicaid that covered the rest. My copay was $40.00 a visit which I paid. About a year later I received a bill for $125.00. I called billing lady was nice said they made an error and it fell they the cracks and she would refill it. Needless to say I was dismissed because of a bad billing dept.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANY ONE I HAVE SARCOID AND SHE USED MY DISEASE AS AN EXCUSE NOT TO GET TO THE CAUSE OF BLEEDING ALL SHE WOULD EVER SAY IS IT WAS THE SARCOID LUNG DOCTOR DID A SCOPE INTO LUNGS DETERMINED IT WAS NOT FROM THE SARCOID I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HER CAUSE I REFUSED TO GO FOR BLOOD WORK I RECEIVED A CERTIFIED LETTER DISMMISSING FROM THE PRACTICE SHE DOES NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENT
