Stay away from this Dr. I was to sick to keep my appointment. I don't have a Dr. now and could die without the medicatiom I have taken for 30 years.

Refused to set up an appointment to get my disability insurance continued, which lost me my career of 12+ years. I have a family that I have to take care of, and his reluctance to actually help, has caused some severe issues.

The customer service is rude and impatient. They don't really tell you anything so be sure to ask all the questions you need to. They didn't inform anyone the office was moving and then act rude on the phone when questioned about it.

This place is a joke. They don't care about the individual, they are in it for the money. STAY AWAY! I have been with them since 99-00 when I was a kid. I missed 3 appointments in 2016 (not on purpose but because of work, school, and I was in the hospital) and now they won't see me anymore. Period. They said there is nothing I can do to change it. I am thoroughly mad. I trusted these people with everything having to do with my body and my well being. The fact that they are unwilling to help me out or compromise, boils my blood.

I'm an RN and I have been seeing Dr. Brooks for several years. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He always explains everything well. It's easy to get an appointment and there isn't a long wait time in the waiting room or the exam room. I never feel rushed and he encourages me to ask questions. I am always referred for appropriate testing when needed.

He was more concerned about his paper work than with my health! I have Neuropathy and he NEVER ask me how I was doing with it? He is very DULL and not worth the effort! He did not even try to get a test for me, within a timely manner. Weeks instead of days for a test. Proven by the person giving me the test. For a Neuropathy Test. for instance. His Office Staff is useless ~ not helpful at all! Especially in an emergency! They are more concerned about themselves. Steve Peterson

This Doctor does not treat patients properly, refusing to treat more than one symptom at a time citing insurance billing issues. His staff obviouslt does not know how to correctly bill patients and he refuses to discuss patients issues regarding him or his staff.

Worst Doctor & staff I have ever seen. He refused to treat my child for an infection on the day of his well check even though he was running a fever and had a rash all over his torso. His excuse was that he was only there for a well check and he could not treat him for anything else. I would have to make another appointment. He never even lifted his shirt or looked in his mouth during this so called well check. His office manager screamed at me when I asked for my child's records. he refused to talk to me about the way his office manager acted even though I had witnesses who witnessed the entire episode of her insane behavior. I could go on with even more but hopefully my point has been made. He and a few of his staff should not be in the business of caring for patients.
