I think highly of Dr Willis and would recommend her to anyone seeking a urologist. She is not cold and she does care about her patients. She has always answered my questions with honesty and sincerity. I respect her opinion and am glad she's my Dr.

I have bladder issues for the last 15 years told me to change my diet and She was very cold and uncareing and also cathrized me with out earning me very painful she said we are going to do exam when I got on the table and then just cathrized me with out letting me know what she was doing it hurt and I jumped in pain worst part is one of my friends told me she would do that and I didn’t believe because I had never been to a urologist before and I thought she would at least tell me what was going on

Dr. Willis was patient and understanding until I complained about the CT Scan tech guy. then she became impatient with me. Did not go over fully the radiologist report with me. Her office did not send the report to my family doctor even though I asked for it to be done that day. So a month later I am asking for it again. I did not want a certain part of a procedure done and that got the technician frustrated and then he wouldn't help me up off the CT Scan table. He was not nice.
