When I arrived (by ambulance) at the e.r., I was experiencing extreme pain in the abdominal area and literally begging for help. This was 1.a.m. This "doctor" ignored my husband's attempts to tell him of my history of diverticulitis, he never examined me, nor did he request any imaging tests. He diagnosed constipation around 5 a.m. and eventually sent me home with prescriptions for laxative and nausea. Long story short, eleven days later the third doctor I saw requested a stat CT scan where I showed a ruptured colon! with a side dose of a very bad infection. I know this "doctor" had nothing to do with the rupture, but his failure to take any action while I was in the e.r. created ALL that followed over a two month period, 26 days in the hospital, two procedures with drainage tubes (for successive infections) and finally surgery. Despite notification to superiors, NOTHING has been acknowledged nor apologized for! Senior citizens don't have a voice or respect!

In a word....awesome. Very knowledgable, thorough, attentive, professional. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Giometti. Wish he had a private practice....I'd definitely want him to be my primary physician!
