Talked to the lady for insurance trying to find out if any dermatologists in the hickory/statesville area took my insurance. She was very rude and spoke in a almost yelling tone towards me. When I asked if any dermatologists were located in statesville she hung up on me and now will not answer my calls.

Dr. Wold has been my dermatologist for 12 years. Every visit with her is consistently thorough, pleasant and efficient. I am grateful to be her patient. Her nursing staff is unparalleled and they work well as a team. I appreciate her demeanor, her teaching moments and her compassion.

I saw Dr. Wold for a scheduled annual exam. Dr. Wold was organized, thorough and very considerate. She addressed all my concerns and gave information for skin care.

Dr. Wold is very thorough. She explains what to look for in skin changes and shows you what to watch. She listens to concerns and addresses each one. She gives you the time that is required. Janet and the rest of the staff are wonderful. I would truly recommend Dr. Wold. She gets 5 stars every time.
