These guys are top notch. We have had a ton of positive experiences with this crowd. I usually only get on Google to leave negative reviews but this crew is super.

I think Dr Henson is a very good doctor. She is good at her job. She's very nice and caring for her patients. My grandkids love her.

Dr Kline has always been great with my son I couldn't ask for a better Dr have never had a bad experience with him im blessed to have him as my son's doctor thank you for all you do

Been trying to get ahold of them for over 20 minutes to let them know I have to reschedule my daughters appointment. No one has answered the phone at all, just keeps saying I’m “first” in line and to stay on the phone until someone can answer.

I wouldn't even give a star if I didn't have to, because A. "Dr" Kate henson we've only had 2 appointments the first appointment she didn't even introduce her self she just came in for two seconds and said come back next week so next week on the 11th we showed up and I call this the actual appointment, the whole time they take you back there where you wait and they don't come back an get you to let you know when you are good to go much less even show you the way your pretty much wondering where your at, at this appointment her assistant came in said rudely to undress baby out of diaper and put on scale where we proceeded to do so and she kept rudely Nick picking at us saying do this and do that, just all around rude so we took off the scale and reclothed waited for the "dr" then "dr" k. henson came in for two seconds asked us how's feeding and going through diapers we replied good feeding for 1 min up to 30 mins and explained to her our powder supply where she assumed we wasn't feeding so she made another prescription for the same stuff we were already feeding , rudely she asked is it every 15 mins or 30 mins and I said it depends sometime he takes his time and sometimes he takes longer and as she was walking out I said thanks and she said "sure" and slammed the door , me and wife looking at each other confused and at this time B. She was quick to call Dss saying we don't feed our babies putting us in a spot where we proved to both her and dss we were and EVERYTHING is good on OUR side now that dss can't find nothing I feel like we're being harassed because this has not ever happened to us before I feel like this was very unprofessional for both DSS and this drs office , side note our baby Is preemie which she should've already known so they are known to fluctuate in weight, and also she should have picked up how he wasn't feeling well and is now landed in the hospital for infection we have yet to know about but she should have picked up on his discolor and actions, we didn't see this until we were finding another pediatrician 🚨 clients beware🚨 this "dr" is quick to call Dss and slander you and she's not afraid to let everyone in on her lies🚨 _ (keywords ) Pros- (quick) Cons- (rude) (snarky) (judgemental on the spot) (prey on Medicaid clients) (misdiagnosed)
