Dr. Katz is a great doctor. I came in with an emergency finger injury & Dr. Katz was truthful on how he could help me. I had surgery a few days later & came out with better results than I expected. I would definitely recommend him.

Came into his office after many visits complaining of pain and numbness. He was rude and treats you like a piece of dog crap under his shoe. Came into his office on the July 29, 2022 and missed work and he wouldn't write me a doctor's note and almost lost my job. Had surgery on August 4th and wouldn't use the days before that on FMLA and my job use those days against me and almost lost my job.

Wait time was very long but the service and knowledge I recieved about my injury and health was extremely important!!! Overall pretty satisfied with experience

Would give a zero star if possible. Dr Katz botched my mothers finger. She has to have a new surgeon try to fix what he did. Its completely crooked. He was extremely rude, mainly focused on her smoking, and acted like she was a pill junkie when she asked for something other than Tylenol after he tried jamming it in place for 15 minutes, without any pain medicine. Would not answer questions without an attitude. Highly not recommended.

My only issue with my visit was that I had to wait 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment. If I showed up 35 minutes late, would you have seen me?

Dr Katz at OrthoCarolina took the time to explain my wrist problems, showed me the x-rays and explained them to me, and went over options for future treatments. Very good experience, I highly recommend Dr Katz.

Dr Katz is the least personable physician I have ever met. He was 35 minutes late, blows into the exam room, no introduction, no eye contact. He looked at my hand, asked me 2 or 3 questions, then told me I needed surgery. When he realized I wasn’t ready for a procedure, he quickly terminated the office visit

Just meeting Dr Katz for the first time. I have been a long time patient at OrthoCarolina. Dr Katz did an excellent analysis of my problem and gave an excellent therapy to perhaps alleviate the problem. As sometimes happens there was a long delay in seeing the Dr with no communication from staff as to when he might arrive. I was glad I brought a book. The finger is doing better.Thanks!
