Can never reach anyone for appointment and they DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. Not sure how they are in business!
If looking for a medical doctor and office with your best interests in mind, keep looking! They never answer the phone, there's one girl who answers when she wants to and she's rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The doctor is never in and would rather send you to a hospital than diagnose you. It's her failsafe advice all the time: "go to the hospital" Pleasant to speak to when she gives you a ...
no one cares about their patients here
Worst exam I have ever had. First time seeing her and was not impressed. She was distracted because she had a meeting to go to after my appointment. I told her of my history of Melanoma, she didn't perform skin check. She found a lump in my breast, was informed of past biopsy history, didn't refer for mammogram. refused to perform pap smear, but reluctantly did do pelvic exam. It was EXTREMELY painful, since she was in a hurry. I would not recommend her to anyone.
Finally found a new primary Dr
We had to switch primary Dr after having a physician that we loved. We have been to 3 and just were not happy so far so good hereð???ð???
I was a little worried because this was the first time seeing her , and I didn't see the reviews until after the appointment was scheduled . They did keep us waiting in the waiting room too long , and since my wife was a new patient , it was about 5-6 weeks to get her an appointment . However , once we got in to see Dr. Brittan , I thought she was a great Dr , very nice , attentive . Took all the time needed to discuss my wife's issues , and was conscious of the fact that she was a self pay patient , without insurance . I would highly recommend her as a Dr. . Now if the wait time was a little less , then it would be 4 stars all the way . Not really sure about the diagnosis yet as it has only been a week , but so far it seems to be helping !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
