I have never been to this doctors office or have seen this doctor, but I apparently was scheduled with him. They say I had to cancelations, when I only had one appointment. The day of my appointment I had a family emergency and canceled, now I have a $100 fee bc I didn’t give a proper excuse (according to dr. Creighton) as to why I canceled, when they do not have any business knowing my personal life. The staff was rude and never do what they say they will do! I highly do not recommend them.

Nurse was belittling, used intimidation and snide remarks. Falsified situation and used slander to coerce Dr Creighton in "warning us" about his anger. He said "it makes me very angry when someone upsets one of my nurses". He wanted to order a test we couldn't afford and made light of our finances as if to say it was our choice and wasn't about the money. He was very curt, rude, condescending and belittled us throughout the visit. He used an aggressive tone the whole time we were in there. He showed a complete lack of compassion and never asked us what happened with the nurse to get our side of what happened. Didn't ask if we were insulted, offended or degraded. A very unprofessional and rude person with a complete lack of compassion. Used scare tactics to try to goad me into unnecessary tests. Will not go back to him ever. Would rather see a veterinarian.
