Went into day Surgery I told the nurse when I ate last she misunderstood and told the doctor the wrong time so they canceled my hernia surgery The nurse there would not listen So my appointment was canceled They need better nurses with better ears

Worse ER visit to date my child was tested twice for covid but never the flu had to leave before she could be seen. Tried to at least get her results only to be told no I had to call records. The records lady was passive aggressive and finally gave me her results. Never going back. Getting rid of there fast track was a big mistake.

They took our 2 month old with RSV very seriously and got us in right away! Everyone has been very kind to us. The place does feel unclean and after our baby got treatment we had to wait a few hours to be discharged but other than that they did their jobs and helped our baby and tried to make sure we had all we needed while we were waiting.

Wife in with chest pain. Took vitals and sent her out to waiting area. 2 hours later here we sit. No communication was basically told be quiet and wait because they are busy . Don't come here if you can avoid it.

When you go to the emergency room they make you wait for a very very long time no matter what your condition. They have no beds and are very understaffed they shouldn’t call this an emergency room. triage nurse and people at the desk don’t care you can complain all you want and no one cares you have to just sit there in pain and in need of immediate life-threatening medical attention. This place is not worthy to be called an emergency room.

This emergency room was disgusting and very unclean. The room we had was dirty and unsanitary. Trash on the floor. Cakes of dirt in the corners. Bathroom was full of pee and the nurse laughed when I said the bathroom was dirty.Want return
