Dr Chang is the absolute best. He did a Cornea transplant back in 2011. He is doing great. We just moved back to NY from NC. Sure hope we can find an eye Dr as good as he is. You'll not go wrong if you need a great eye Dr. Thanks so much Dr Chang!

Dr Chang did an excellent job with my cataract surgery. He is very professional and incredibly skilled. I am blessed to have used him for my cataract surgery.

Loved him!! I can see again. No more crying because I cannot see signs, day or night. No more putting contacts on over and over, and cleaning over.and over, and STILL NOT SEEING. Cataracts are gone. New lenses in. Astigmatism taken care of!! Thank u Dr. Chang . So love no more glasses. You are the best!!
