I have had the pleasure of having Dr.Robert Hart as my ENT Surgeon. I was first referred to him by an endocrinlogist, Dr. Chris Symonds for a thyroid nodule on May 1st, 2019. I had a left hemithryoidectomy. They took out baseball size mass . I went back to work a week later. Upon my follow up appointment on May 23rd, I was feeling well and good. It all came crashing down when the bioposy showed that I had papillary thryoid cancer. He strongly suggested that he remove the rest of the thyroid .That was done in early June. He has been a excellent surgeon and has a great bedside manner and is very down to earth. He advocates for his patients. I was supposed to leave on an overseas trip the day of my second surgery . He willingly did up a letter and form for my travel insurance claim. His administrator, Jaswinder, is also very approachable and pleasant. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to him. Dr. Hart has been providing me with exceptional care for the past several months. He is personable, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Hard to find a physician as smart as him who, as a bonus, also has a great sense of humour and relatability.

Dr. Hart was my surgeon for a squamous cell carcinoma on the floor of my mouth. His surgery went extremely well and his follow up visits were always on time and upbeat. After 2.5 years I am still cancer free and this is due in part to his efforts.

Dr Hart is OUTSTANDING. I saw him in Calgary after 5 failed attempts by other skilled surgeons to close but oroanral fistua. I believe all surgeons who tried to help me were skilled but complications required the advanced skills of Dr. Hart. He was successful on his first surgery on me and had several back up plans in place in case I failed to heal. He is as kind as he is gifted. I am eternally grateful to be cared for by Dr. Hart. His loveley bright resident was outstanding as well. Thank you so much!!
