Waited for a hour to be seen. Waited another hour in the back. Barely anybody here. Time to change physician. Ridiculous

Terrible and rude staff/doctors! Will never go here again! Had the lady in the front office who had brunette hair in a ponytail who was rude to me. I wish I got her name. Telling me I was wrong and confronted me very rudely as I am a patient, I backed myself up towards her. She even slammed the window door on my face. Then doctor Robert lee, had the audacity to call me on a weekend as a patient and tell me I need to treat their staff right and be more professional when his staff at the front desk isn’t professional. Telling me that life isn't fair sometimes. Like? What the heck? So weird. Also they need to train their staffs more properly!!! Will never go here again!! Will be transferring!! As soon as I find another place. I have never heard of a doctor calling their patients to tell them to act a certain way. Please don’t go here! Every time I go here, it’s always bad service.

I absolutely love Dr. Lee and his staff sometimes u do have to wait but trust me it's worth it! :)

My husband, my son and myself see Dr. Lee. We are all very pleased with the service he provides. He is very direct and does not waste a lot of time. Great practice to include the nurses & administrative staff.
