Horrible!!!!! From the front desk, referrals, office manager and Dr. Houssain they all lie!!! They are rude, nasty and not in business for patient care. This office is poorly ran and a joke to the healthcare system. Save yourself some time and bypass this office!!!!!!!!!!

The office staff was fantastic but I would not recommend Dr. Hossain. Her nurse Dawn was always snippy with me no matter how much I tried to make conversation or even joke to lighten the mood. I feel as if Dr. Hossain was too busy to be bothered with my concerns, and didn't really listen to me. If you like to integrate natural and traditional forget it , she would rather push pills. She doesn't even suggest exercise or dietary changes and would rather dismiss your concerns about a medication than listen to you. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the wonderful ladies that helped to checked me in and out.

Dr. Hossain is an extremely good physician. She is my family physician and treats my husband as well. She is kind, caring, honest and professional. The staff is also excellent. Her nursing staff, especially Dawn is superb. I recommend Dr. Hossain to everyone.

I cannot believe how inattentive this woman is. Initial visit was just going over my record and getting to know each other, ok fine. Second visit was my physical, which had to be rescheduled due to HER childcare shortcomings. She asked no questions as to new health issues cropping up, how are the old issues doing, can she help with any of that and to top it off she's completely afraid to write paper scripts ("Oh, I dont even know where the prescription pad is..."). I have requested to speak with her on the phone and I cannot. I have requested to email her directly and I cannot. I have to contact her through the portal system and SHE IS NOT THE ONE WHO READS THE MESSAGES (HIPAA much?!)! I cannot imagine the go-between her nurses have to do in a day to get the patients the information they are seeking. She is a paycheck doctor, beware.
