I took my friend there get steriod shot in knee .Brian left us hanging he gave us woman nurse practitioner she bitch an curse whole time I was recording it on my phone they didnt know that .I paid money to see Brian told them up front i wanted Brian .that was shitty of Brain to leave .You will waste your money going there.Brian what were you thinking win figure out how put on utube i let world here it .DONT go to that place go to catawba hospital Brain you turn out be shity money wasted an no help

Honestly just want to thank the entire staff at this facility. I ve had extreme pain and been to this location several times over the past week for treatment and seen different receptionists as well as doctors and am beyond grateful for the help given by each one of them to get me better as quickly and easily as they could. I was refused from an urgent care closer to my house when trying to call in an appt without ever even seeing a doctor and everyone here has truly made me feel like they cared about my pain and getting it resolved as well as my recovery. Thank you again! Hopefully won t need to be back too soon but will definitely return for any medical needs!

Brought our 5 month old son in for a fever. The PA, Rick Young, listened to his lungs and thought he heard mucous in his lungs. As our son has laryngomalacia, lung sounds can be tricky. He then said that he needed a covid, flu, rsv swabs, and then an xray. Being that I am in the medical field, I politely disagreed on a covid test, as a positive covid or influenza would not change his course of treatment. This man got rude and condescending with me and my wife, and then slammed the door on his way out. Needless to say, we left.. Came to catawba, and he was diagnosed with a UTI, got ONE swab, and wasn't exposed to radiation from an xray. Wouldn't dare go back to see RICK. Everyone else was nice though.

Have taken my family here for years, today wasn't so pleasant. A young lady by the name of Kendall who takes your vitals and puts you in a room had the worst attitude/demeanor of anyone since I've been going here. The provider wasn't too friendly as well. I've recommended this place to family and friends for over 10+ years but if this is the type of service they are providing, we won't be back!

Awesome experience. Affordable, and all the staff was kind, friendly, and attentive. Very timely. If I ever need to go to an urgent care again I would definitely come here.

Went there for a uti sat and they were very nice and considerate of me and didn’t try to take all my money. I feel better actually already. No long wait times either. Jody was really nice.
