One of the best urgent cares in the area that I have been to. I have not had a bad experience here. Wait times can be a little long sometimes but it is the same if not worse everywhere else.

This dam place is a joke. Twice now I've had to go to the Emergency room after going to this hippie clinic. So now I'm out of even more money. It turns out I do have covid. The so-called Dr give me some cough medicine. After I have suffered for a week now I went to the emergency room and was taken very good care of. I was asked where I went first and when I told the nurse the look on her face told me everything I needed to know. Bottom line. Urgent care of Mountain view owes me money for the care from real doctors.

The hours posted are incorrect as well as the hours listed on the telephone they are not open till 9:00 pm

Wasn’t pleased with my experience. Long waiting time. And the receptionist had one job, to be helpful and friendly and was neither.If you don’t enjoy yourself at your job get a new one, don’t treat people poorly due to your lack of interest.

(NEW LOCATION) Came in today thinking I had covid due to the symptoms I’m having. Was greeted by the very rude receptionist who seemed like she just wanted to continue her gossip with her coworker and checking me in was annoying to her. The doctor seemed aggravated with the questions I was asking and the student along side the doctor was the only one who seemed genuine. Needless to say the student is the one who got the test I needed after covid and flu came back negative. The doctors original plan was to send me home with an antibiotic without even diagnosing me. Everyone seemed like they absolutely hated their life and it shows. This is the third time i’ve had an experience like this here.

People are better off at er,they have no care or sympathy for children with high fevers,hostile and rude staff,the owner insulted my wife and I and our sick 4 year old son with a temp of 103.5,after his medicine his mom and I gave him wore off due to our alleged 2 hour wait time,just purely unprofessional,and only out for them selves and truly not honoring the oath they had to give to be who they are and that's help people with no discrimination.
