Dr Harrill is the best in my opinion. He’s down to earth has great people skills and easygoing. Discuss my hearing and has a follow up plan. I have already recommended his practice to others in the Lincolnton area. Great new location

Dr. Harrill is a wonderful Dr. with Great bedside manner! I finally got the stapedectomy I needed. The procedure was a complete success. I can hear out of my right ear. I am only 52 and thought I would go through life not hearing my kids or music well again. The surgery and recovery was very easy and I am grateful to the Dr his staffa nd the anesthesiologist. I should have gotten it done sooner.

I moved back to NC 3 years ago. I have tried many Drs that are not willing to give you their time. He walked into the room with a BIg smile on his face and a great personality. We went over my personal history. He gave me the proper time that I needed and answered all my questions. When I left his office I was very happy and I said to myself I finally found a good Dr. If you want a Dr that cares about his patiences go see him.

We took our son to Carolina ENT for a hearing test recently. The technician, Lisa, was wonderful! She was patient and prepared with bubbles and toys for our wiggly little boy. The staff was also so helpful with our new baby while our son was completing the test. Dr. Harrill was also succinct and informative with the results of the test.

Explained my problem thoroughly. Listened to my concerns. Was seen on same day I called. Access to the portal is easy and efficient. Staff very polite and respectful. Dr Harrill is very personable and took his time with me.

Dr Harrill is very thorough. He has been my doctor for many years and I trust his judgment.

I cannot express my overwhelming praise for Dr Harrill. He and his staff answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I was working with a time line and Dr Harrill was so great in helping me achieve my earring surgery’s during this limited time. His professionalism and bed side manner are beyond compare. I had 2 stapedectomies and the change in my hearing is so wonderful. I can hear again thanks to Dr Harrill. His staff and the staff at the surgery center we very courteous and knowledgeable. All were professionals I have recommended Dr Harrill to all my family and friends. I saw Dr. Harrill after having an allergic reaction to cat dander than would not resolve. For the two months prior to being evaluated by Dr. Harrill, I had been seen by two providers at another practice. Instead of continuing to treat lingering symptoms, Dr. Harrill listened to my issues and was able to correlate my unresolved allergic reaction to an illness I experienced in the winter. His changes to my treatment plan were life altering. Not only were the acute symptoms treated, my seasonal allergies which I had just learned to live with, were also resolved. I didn’t realize how much I was affected by allergies until the symptoms resolved. I no longer wake up with red, itchy eyes, a stuffy nose, and dread being outside. Dr. Harrill is awesome!!! I would highly recommend him!
