I highly recommend Dr. Falls. He answered all my questions and explained the surgical procedure I needed. I had almost no pain after the surgery and recovered quickly. He is knowledgeable, professional, and takes time with his patients.

It has been years since I have had the pleasure of seeing a physician like Dr. Falls. He actually listens. He makes eye contact. He does not spend the entire visit, which never seemed rushed, on a computer. He read my chart, he discussed my past visits. He was able to go beyond why I was there to find out what was happening to even make me come in. I don't know where they found Dr. Falls, I sure wish they could find more like him. I'd give anything if Dr. Falls could be my primary care physician, but I'll happily take him as my ENT. Thank you Dr. Falls, you made my recent challenge just a little bit better by just being you.

Dr.Falls is wonderful. He actually takes the time to hear the patient out and understand what is going on with them. He asks the patient what steps have they taken so far to get to where they are now (in his office). He's very thorough and understanding. He actually listens to his patients and come up with a game plan instead of just saying here is a prescription and get better. He performed my husband's sinus surgery the day before Thanksgiving. He did an amazing job. Before the procedure he didn't sugar coat anything. He said what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He was on time for the surgery and very helpful and kept me notified. Afterwards he sat me down and told me what my husband needed for his aftercare and told me if we needed anything to reach out to him. We just had our 2 week post opp appointment and it went very good!
