I’m glad I choose to Carolina Ear Nose Throat Dr Jarrett he is very knowledgeable in his profession. We asked questions about our surgery and he was very direct and kept us at ease. I would recommend scheduling a visit with him .

By far the rudest doctor I have ever met in my life with zero compassion. He wouldn't even let me speak cared about nothing I had to say and his answer to it was sinuses I had to speak up and raise my voice and talk really fast just to say something. I have sinus issues now do to domestic violence and ringing and pain in my head and ears and I clearly was wasting his time even though my primary doctor sent me to doctor Jarrett

Worst bedside manner we’ve EVER encounter. Reported his lack professionalism to Frye Hospital where the patient was being treated. Jarrett was clearly upset he had been called in to consult on a medical problem that didn’t need a consult from an ENT. Certainly not the patients fault but he let us know very abruptly that he did not need to be there. He should have directed his hostility toward the hospital doctor who requested the consult and NOT the family and patient! No excuse for his behavior.

Had a telehealth appointment. He didnt call. Called to make sure i hadnt confused the appointments. I had not. Called again the next morning. It was rescheduled. He is as of this writing over 30 mins late

This was my third visit with Dr. Jarrett. He had successfully treated my Meniere’s dizziness with 2 steroid injections 3 days apart into my left ear canal eight months prior. As soon as the awful vertigo started again, I was able to be seen that day. He reapplied steroid into my ear and by the next day I was fine. He is personable and professional in his care and patient-doctor relationship. I highly recommend Dr. Jarrett and his team.
