The waiting time was too long. My reservation was at 9:50 and they called me at 11:35. The personnel attention was good, but I was not happy to leave at 12:25 pm.

The staff and the doctor were amazing, great customer service skills. It maybe a longer wait than usual for urgent care visit because it is a great place where a lot of people go.

I would give 10 stars if allowed! The full process and the entire team were outstanding! I have been putting off some aggravating shoulder issues for too long and managed to pull myself together to get into AFC. I was treated with respect, given exceptional care and even got some good laughs even while feeling a bit crummy. Everyone did a great job of explaining everything from start to finish. I know urgent cares are busy with it being respiratory season, but I was not rushed and staff did a great job keeping me informed about the wait times. I left feeling very satisfied after receiving xrays, an injection, a sling and a full work up from the provider and finally have a diagnosis to ease my worries. Definitely an amazing experience!! The AFC High Point team deserves to know how awesome they are…I am already feeling better!!!
