Had surgery for cancer in office door wide open for everyone to walk by and look in.HIPPA violation.Went home covered in blood so bad they asked me to wear something on my head so people would not think I was attacked. I was told to take Tylenol for pain but I was in such pain I asked for something stronger. The doctor said call my GP. I called my GP and they laughed and said the doctor that actually preformed the surgery need to do it. I call back the office and he still declined. So I suffered for 10 days in pain. Went to get my stitches out 10 days later. I had migraines and felt sick for over a month head was hurting come to find out I still had stitches they did not remove since Aug17th. I found them 1010. Called the office the next day and the said come in and remove them. The whole experience was awful Do not go here Here are the photos to prove it.101521 Update. After I went to the office to have my stiches removed I have yet found another they have missed I have email customer service about my last incident days ago with no response. They have no direct customer service number so I went on the website and got the Admins office. No pickup there as well. The worst customer service ever. No wonder there is no many bad reviews. There is no way to report bad service I will update as information arrives.

Went in SEPTEMBER 2019. Told me what I had was acne scars and they’d go away. They’re STILL THERE. I just haven’t had the energy between all the other doctors I see to see a different dermatologist yet. He didn’t even suggest anything to use.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. RECORDING SAYS NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. STAFF WONT ANSWER PHONE. DROVE 40 MILES TO FIND OUT YOU DO NEED AN APPOINTMENT. ZERO STARS. . PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A DRs OFFICE.

I went for a small procedure and had to get stitches after the procedure the doctor didn’t say a single word and the procedure became 10x worse then he explained meanwhile didn’t say a word when I stood up from surgery about how much worse it was then he initially explained. Meanwhile the nurse helps me stand up and has zero advice on what to do or what was done. A few days later the stitches became affected and my mother took a picture to the doctors office and showed them the problem and they said I’d have to come in and pay 90 dollars for antibiotics. This is by far and away the worst anything I’ve ever been to including restaurants hotels or whatever I could possibly imagine. I highly recommend this be your very last option for any kind of medical advice excluding being shot in the head and it being the last doctors office on the planet is the only time I’d suggest going to this place

The worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The doctor has horrible bedside manner. The staff are unfriendly. Ive never left a doctors office wanting to cry more than I did here at this place. He didnt even help me. They literally prescribed over the counter medications that havent worked for me previously. They dont care to truly help you.

Same here this place has a ok staff ...but the doctor.. does not do anything to really help your issue..not a good place to go..he will not discuss nothing..dont even really look at you..what a weird experience for me..😡

I would not recommend Bethany Medical Dermatology. Service was horrible. Dr. Szabo did not really even try to do anything about my eczema except to say just put more lotion on. No test were even talked about. Acted as if he did not want to be there he sat clear across the room.

The doctor I had had the most driest personality and never made eye contact with me throughout the whole process .. all he did was stare down at his notepad while he asked me questions .. very unprofessional .. after he checked out my skin — all he said was what condition I had that he’d just prescribe me some medication then he walked out .. that was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had I will NEVER GO BACK .

I have visited this office on numerous occasions and I thoroughly enjoyed the nursing staff the two women who work with the provider have beautiful personalities and are very professional.

The ladies that work here Katie Janeece and Robin are wonderful and have great personalities. They definitely make the visit less stressful. The Dr. is very abrupt and doesnt have a good bed side manner either by choice or that is just how he is. I usually ignore it and will respond in the same manner when conversing with him. He removed a growth from my eye lid last year and did a great job. I went in this week to have a suspicious spot checked and he immediately recommended to biopsy it. Katie again was wonderful talking to me during the procedure so I would not be very nervous. And Dr Szabo made quick work of removing the area. I would love to see Dr. Szabo be more personable with his patients and make them feel that they are valued to him. Again I think his personality is hard wired this way however would welcome more warmth with his interaction.
