I’ve been a patient at Bethany for over 10 years. Dr. Arvind is my PCP. One of the first things I sensed was that he cares about his patients. The most important thing about being a patient of Dr. Arvind’s is he listens to me and always speaks straight with me explaining medical jargon if needed. He does what he thinks is best whether it’s ordering a certain test or changing a medication.The nursing staff and assistants are attentive and on top of all that is important. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming whenever I come in.Upon leaving the checkout person goes out of their way to fit me into my schedule choice as best they can. Always patient even with others waiting .I believe you will feel welcome and well cared for with Bethany Medical Center.Lyn Rundberg

Had a bad experience week before for the 1st time with a doctor. I was not going to go back until I developed a painful lump in my arm. I was then seen by Dr. Ryan Miller and his nurse and let’s just say he definitely made me feel welcomed cared for and just overall great service Thanks Dr.Miller for making your patients feel cared for His nursing assistant was great also Great team overall.

Everyone one at Bethany is super nice. Katherine really took the time to help me. I’m very happy I’m going here for my medical care.

Absolutely the worst medical center Ive ever dealt with. They dont like to answer their phones and when they do they transfer you to a voicemail. Ive been trying to contact my doctor for over 4 days now and have yet to speak with him. Has to be the most unprofessional facility in the Triad. If youre searching for a new doctor I would advise you look somewhere else.

Disorganized with zero communication. Had a covid test administered and never received the results. Callers are sent straight to voicemail and never get a call back.

Every appointment so far that I’ve been here I have to wait at least two hours to be seen. I see Dr. Smith and she has made me lose my job. I’m in a lot of pain in my lower back there’s a history there with back pain and Dr. Smith wouldn’t write me a note for my job for the days missed and future days that I’d miss but my employer would’ve worked with me if I had a note from my doctor. She told me that if I was in that much pain I should file for disability. Well news to her I have filed and it took two years just to get roughly 8 months approved for disability but not full disability. So here I am without a job and in excruciating pain. She just keeps throwing pills at me that really isn’t working. I was referred to this office by my primary doctor for pain but this office was checking everything. I’m confused with this. I’m here today to have an ultrasound on my liver cause my numbers are “slightly” elevated. Oh and there’s a $125 charge to walk in the door but your first appointment is $250 and I got a bill in the mail for more money from this office when I’m suppose to be here for just pain. I just don’t get it When I ask about this they just said “this is what we do for new patients.” Well let’s go wait for hours to be seen. I’d think twice about coming here. Dr. Smith also made me sign a contract for my medication— I can’t see anyone else for my pain or get any other medication from them. I’m struck So go somewhere else. This is the worse doctors office by far I’ve ever been to

I have visite Bethany Medical Center in Kernersville. This past week Carmen Mayo was booked. The front office staff got my friend an appointment in 5 min. At the Skeet Club location. As busy as the staff was. We were impressed as we observed how profesional and friendly the staff was. I definitely will return Medical staff is AMAZING. Thank you Bethany Medical Center know that your hard work is appreciate.
