Cone Health MedCenter High Point I just want to thank everyone that helped me through my endometriosis pain crisis today. Coming to the hospital in the middle of a pandemic and being treated with so much care from the warm receptionists at check in checkout and from the triage nurse and Nurse Sam and Dr. knout Thankyou I came in feeling horrible depleted emotionally and physically and I was just treated with warmth empathy and compassion. From the checkin receptionists greeters at the front area asking patients repeatedly if they needed anything and from the nurses doctor technicians and everyone else that worked with me today I just want you to do know you got it right and it meant the world to me❤️ thanks for what you do.

First off the way my daughter was treated here was uncalled for. No answers. When she ask for help to change her Meds. Crickets . I would not bring my dog to see these people. Beware of the hacks that work there. The only reason I gave them one star is bc it would let me post my review. ONE VERY UPSET MAMA.

Unprofessional and unethical. Press you into services and tests that are unnecessary and excessive bills. There for 2 hours and $7500+ of bills. Insane Tests were excessive unnecessary unexplained not requested and all negative. I recommend you avoid this place

I am not able to remember the sweet lady that works at the front desk. She makes every check in a breeze and always has a big smile and a wonderful attitude. She is exactly what everyone who works as the face of an office should be like. Thank you for always being kindFurther more every nurse and both providers I have seen so far have also made my first pregnancy a great experience. Thank you guys so muchI recommend this office to anyone

3rd shift workers including Dr are very rude Never again will I step foot in there.
