Great medical staff and doctor

Great first visit caring staff and Dr Arvind was attentive and thorough. I look forward to seeing Dr Arvind as my primary doctor for many years.

Bethany medical at 3604 Peters Ct High Point is absolutely awesome Dr Arvind is the best physician Ive ever had. Monica and the entire staff are beyond amazing. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a family Doctor to visit this practice

This review is for 3604 Peters Ct I have been a patient of Dr Arvinds for years. He takes the time to see if you have any concerns and he explains everything he is going to do and what he recommends. I have never met a finer doctor. His nurse Monica is absolutely the best nurse Ive ever come in contact with at any doctors office. I will only let her draw my blood and thats every 3 months. I never feel it. She is always very friendly and helpful. If you are needing a GP he should be your choice not only because of him being a great doctor but because of Monica. I actually chose the BCBS mid range insurance instead of the Blue Local because there was no way I was going to go anywhere else.

Bethany Medical Center Station 4 on Peters Court is top notch and provides the best care services. Dr. Moogali Arvind has been my PCP for many years and he is the best of the best I will never see another PCP unless he retires and even then I’ll be sad. I have the utmost respect and confidence in his treatment plans and services. He alone deserves a 10 star rating. Monica Moreno is his Lead Nurse and she is always very helpful and is always on top of lab results and referrals. Lastly Temica Toomes is the last part of the amazing trio. She is always friendly helpful and never hesitates to step in and help patients up front. I had an insurance billing issue and with many calls to my insurance company and getting no where Temica was on top of it and got it taken care of in just a few hours. I had spent months trying to sort it out and she was able to rectify the issue getting a resolution within the same day. I would recommend Bethany Medical Center to anyone and have referred many patients and will continue to do so.

Doctors arent responsible if you go to get treated for covid so a cma cotez swab mu husband sent him home. Carmen mayo knew he had underlying health issues and sent him home to return from a 20 day in a hospital in an urn and hello the director if thats what she is was more concerned with a bad review tand told me that she hope my daughter would reconsider taking in down when her dad walked back in his home. Then was more concerned with speaking with her granddaughter then trying to explain things to me. And this owner of these centers is so religious and cares about me. Then who is going to take care of this neglect and malpractice issue

Poor follow up after visits unresponsive to calls requesting an appointment and more interested in business than patient services.

This place is the worst they have lost 2 Staff Health AssessmentMedical Report sheets that I needed to be filled out.. went to pick up papers and now they tell me I have to wait 2 weeks because they have lost the papers again. I WILL DEFINITELY FIND ANOTHER MEDICAL DOCTOR .

Dr. Rosario and his staff are most excellent Everyone if friendly and professional and the doctor is thorough and love his personality. Very pleasant visit
