She is a great doctor 🤗

I've been seeing Dr. Smith for a little over 4 years, and I can emphatically say she is the BEST doctor I've ever been treated by in the 41 years I've been alive. She has a phenomenal "Bedside Manner", is knowledgeable, and her sole purpose is to make sure all of my needs are met with genuine, humanistic care. Her empathetic professional nature was evident from the beginning, and Dr. Smith sees my spouse and both my parents. All 4 of us are so grateful we found such a fantastic doctor. I am also a Licensed Clinical Therapist, and refer any patient who is in search of GP to Dr. Smith. I've received 100% positive feedback from everyone who has worked with Dr. Smith! I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found a doctor of her caliber in the High Point/Greensboro area. Dr. Smith is simply the BEST!

Physician and medical assistant are phenomenal! Very thorough and informative. Front office staff needs additional training and lacks courtesy. My suggestion, don't judge the physician by the actions of the front office staff.

She's a good doctor but doesn't spend a lot of time with me. I always wait a long time in her office and then she rushes through the appointment. She won't do telemed visits. It's hard to get a nurse or medical assistant to call me back when I have questions.

Karla Smith has almost killed my sister. She has run labs for over two years and done no medication changes. My sister seized for 16 days straight and doctor Smith did nothing. After three hospitalizations she has yet to acknowledge that there is an issue. I have called the office relentlessly for days with no response. I have left message after message with no return call. Bethany Medical is a money racket. They lie, commit Medicaid fraud and are a danger to all patients who choose them for medical care. If I could choose zero stars I would. Danger! Stay away from Bethany Medical.

I met Dr. Karla Smith for the first time this morning. I was driving to another city for my appointments with my Primary Physician and wanted a change since I'm getting older. I'm so glad I decided to make an appointment to see Dr. Karla Smith. She was so nice, easy to talk with and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Smith I'm so grateful that you a are my new Primary Physician. Thanks so much for all you do in caring for your patients!

She doesn't answer questions, return phone calls from concerned patients, or give out the proper information needed after she has “diagnosed” you. I’ve had way better experiences at urgent cares. I’ll never return. She has mentally effected my life beyond measures.
