I strongly recommend that Dr. Mennon not be consulted for any medical needs. She ignores the patients needs and shows NO desire to help find out what is wrong with the patient. Phone messages are not returned and she shows NO sense of urgency in regards to the patients care.

Dr. Menon is very friendly butI have been sufferring with Gerd for years now. I am at the point that my day to day life is affected. I was told in her office by Dr. Menon to move forward with surgery but when I went to see my surgeon i was told Menon said she never told me that. I felt like a fool and did not appreciate being lied too. I'm suffering and I feel like I am a dollars sign to them not a patient.

While pleasant, I must say I was seen less than 10 minutes yet told I must have a procedure because it is "how it is done." Second opinion showed otherwise. I prefer to speak intelligently with a doctor - not the PA.

I had a colonoscopy by Dr. Menon. She talked to me immediately prior to procedure to see if I had questions, talked to my husband afterwards and was at my bedside when I woke up to explain findings. I have had many doctors not do any of this and I was very appreciative. Their endoscopy suite was nice,very comfortable, and I appreciated not having to deal with another facility. I will return to her if the need arises.

I found Dr. Menon very easy to talk to about symtoms. She was good at asking questions and interpreting my attempts to answer . All of the nurses and staff have always been helpful, polite and friendly.
