Good luck. You get the run around on getting anything done in a timely manner at appointments if you have any sort of special need. Then, if you try to transfer out to a new location the medical records office doesn't answer the phone and doesn't call you back when you try calling to see if they've sent your records (they haven't). It's been weeks, I never heard a thing back from their medical records department and the front desk is less than helpful getting me a solution such as offering times the clerk in records may be available or anything helpful to moving my transfer forward. Perhaps going in person to be a more present nuisance, as I'm sure they view anyone consistently pursuing trying to get something done with them in a normal timely manner, would actual get something done there.

This place used to be good but, I had to find a different physician.

Update: I was BLESSED to see F.N.P Ruth. She looked in both ears and checked my throat. Since the drops have not been working, she cleared amoxicillin with my obgyn (pregnancy) and called in my prescription. So, maybe Lineberry the linebacker just didn't feel like doing her job that day. Update: Sherri Lineberry was the incompetent useless and LAZY provider It took 3days to get anyone to pick up the phone to schedule an appointment. Today, at my appointment, my concerns were ignored. I repeatedly explained that I had an ear infection with constantly worsening symptoms. The FNP told me to use Debrox ear drops to flush my ears. Upon getting home, I followed these instructions. Inevitably, the pain worsened. After going to the emergency room, I was diagnosed with an ear infection. Again, I'll include that I TOLD THE FNP that I'm certain it's an ear infection. All she kept saying was "I cant see the ear drum to see an infection". Nonetheless, if she wasn't being lazy, she couldve flushed my ear at the visit and realized I still have an infection. Incompetent, worthless, and USELESS medical professionals!!

Great place but Brentwood site needs be open five day a week.

Perdon, pero las doctoras me han tratado bien, pero el problema es que yo como paciente y clienta , no se me soluciona y/o me brinda la ayuda que requiero y se supone que la recepcionista que habla Español es Profesional. Y ha tesulta do incopetente..

La verdad es unas de la clinica peor que eh vicitado,tengo 2 niños y cada vez que se me presenta cualquier situation nunca pueden nada,la verdad Para que uno pone un pediatra cuando en realidad uno lo necesita nunca pueden ,uno lleva el niño a emergencia y te dicen lleva el niño a su pedriatra,pero hay esta el problema nunca puede y no solo yo tengo este problema con ellos conosco 3 Amiga mas y dicen lo mismo son 5 paciente que van a perder...asi que gracias por nada espero nunca mas volver a este lugar que mal que no dan 1/4 de estrella Para calificar..

Triad adult and pediatric no one wants to be sick but when needed the doctors are awesome the whole team they make you feel welcome . Great team 👍

For The First Visit The Doc Sirran List was Very polite very professional really concern friendly respectful got right down to my needs concerning my health an other topics that was discussed I was amazed but happy that she meet all my needs an expectations what a relief I had it was truly a blessing from God Her assistant was very nice very professional as well took time to ask questions was very helpful she was a blessing as well Triad Adult did in a day what the provider I had before them took 3 yrs to do my soul is so happy I decided to choose them as my number 1 Provider plus the staff is friendly an the place is very clean and decorated nice highly maintained I'm so impressed I recommend them to people who need help resolving their physical an health issues I really appreciate an thank them all including the blood Doc who took my blood she was awesome Thanks to everyone may God Continue to bless the people who serve others to help the community They made my day
