I recently had carpal tunnel surgery done by Dr. Phelps and everything has been perfect. The front desk made check in a breeze. Dr. Phelps and his staff could not have done a better job. Scheduling was awesome. Due to insurance I was in a bit of a time crunch but everyone worked together to make it happen and I could not be happier.

My husband had a total hip replacement and it was a roaring SUCCESS! Dr. Lennon and his team are knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely care about the people who come to him in need. If you need a joint replacement, please call Dr. Lennon. He is AMAZING!!

Dr.lenine or however in the he'll you spell his name and his PA April are the worst. I had surgery September 1st 2021 on my shoulder, a month went by I'm still pretty sore I've been complaining asking to keep my dosage at what works instead he took away my opioid and wanted to place me on an inflammatory which I already told him I can't take due to being on blood thinner, I was suppose to be called in something else which never happened, I've been trying to reach out no ones responding, they said I had an appt I never scheduled, 2wk post op appt I didn't visit with lenine only his PA. Terrible place rude customer service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, RUUUUN !!

My son was hurt on his job 15 days ago and was referred here. I understand WC takes a while but the level of service from the lady that handles this really needs to learn how to communicate. Phone calls left and emails sent NO response whatsoever! I call and get a VERY rude lady who clearly does not like her job. I was lied to saying she on the phone with my son as I was on the phone with my son. Stated he had an appointment and I said okay when is it? Then I am told she can't locate him in the system, he's not in here. So how could he have an appointment?! In the middle of speaking she puts me on hold abruptly with no notice. Lady think for one second if this were your son?! An employee by the name of Betty came back on the line and was kind and gave me the appointment which was all were were wanting. Thank you Betty for your customer service. Very disappointed in the rest. Our family has always gone to this clinic and have never had this type of experience. Clearly something has gone wrong or they just need to hire more people like Betty.

Dr. Begovich is fantastic. He takes time to listen and is very caring. He also has a gentle spirit which helps put you at ease during a stressful situation. His staff is friendly as well. I highly recommend Dr. John Begovich, DO

Great experience! Kendall made our son feel at ease both when he received the cast as well as the removal of the cast! I hope Kendall’s boss sees this because he deserves the recognition! Now our son is ready for basketball this winter!! Highly recommend!
