when my mom passed away the Dr's/ nurses lied to him said she was ok.He rode with her in the ambulance no other family there.Then they give us her belongings back that was cut off her and smelled like death.Can you tell me why you would give that back?

Came to the er on recommendation from urgent care. Been sitting in a hall in er from 10am until 5pm still no Dr. Crazy when you see other patients leaving that came in after you did.

Had my daughter here on 01/04 (Natural & NO pain management), and was originally given an estimate based on my insurance. so I started trying to pay it early. It's now MAY, I'm still receiving new bills from them and NO ONE WILL GIVE ME DETAILS OF MY OWN BILLS!! I've been stuck being sent back and forth between offices and everyone says they don't know. I'm now Thousands of dollars in debt above what I was originally told, NO ONE will help me. Don't expect any help when you end up drowning in debt because you won't get it.

Went there tonight and had no insurance.... got motrin and out in a room that had blood spatter in the room!!!! Will be contacting a lawyer

Nursing staff wonder! Hospitalist Dr Lai very rude and unprofessional to me the entire time I was in there. She did not have seem to have my recovery as her top priority. This on behalf of my mom who was a patient.

Be prepared for a all day or all night visit waiting on a room here . Always takes 4-10 hours to see a doctor and get out of this place.
