Wake Forest Baptist Health's Online Review Report Card

I’ve taken my daughter here for 20 months. Dr. Ramadoss has misdiagnosed her multiple times or has simply said I don’t what it is. He couldn’t even diagnose a yeast rash! We even asked if that’s what it could be. He said he didn’t think so even though it was textbook symptoms. If I can diagnose my daughter and her doctor can’t, then we have a real problem.The reception staff have always been rude and even gave me someone else’s paperwork! They really need to get their act together.

They're always super rude. Y'all need to fire the whole place and hire nicer people..

Great people to work with. His doctor has always been very attentive to my great grandson's needs. Very kind group of people, never had any problems with this office.

Great! I’ve got 4 kids and they all go here, ages 16, 14, 3 and 1. We have never had an issue like other reviewers say and my kids have been patients since they’ve opened. Great fast service.

I have been going to this clinic for 13 years , and now I have a6 month old which is very sick so I called to get my son an appointment for a sick visit Kelly was the person I spoke with , she was very short on the phone and told me they were all booked and there was nothing they could do , she advised me to call Saturday because there open 9-11 which seems really odd! I called and of course no one answered, which makes since because the times I’ve been there the MA’s sit there on there cell phones at the nurse station, by the way I did take a picture of , there so unprofessional,

Terrible customer service

We brought our newborn here for her first few appointments. The doctor and nurses were fine, but the receptionists are unfriendly and not helpful. We needed to schedule the baby's 2 month appointment and were told the doctor didn't have any openings until 2 months out, so they would talk to him to fit her in, then call me to schedule.They scheduled the appointment on a day that didn't work for me, and left me a voicemail. I called to reschedule and was told if we wanted to see the same provider, it would be 2 months out. I asked if we could see someone else in the practice and was told if we did that, then the doctor would never see us again because he doesn't like patients to "hop around." I have never heard that, my older daughter goes to a different pediatrician's office and has seen multiple providers without issue.We aren't coming back to this office, I found a different pediatrician that has better reviews anyway. And when I spoke to them on the phone, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, unlike the ones at Quaker Lane.

My son has been coming to this doctor since he was only a few months old. I really enjoyed this doctor because they were super friendly. But hete lately they have made me reschedule my son's appts because his doctor was going to be out. I get that doctor's need vacations as well but ive changed his appointments twice and the third time i had to change it because i came in 10 minutes late. I thought his appointment was at 10 but they said it was at 9:30. Due to changing his appointments so much, i got the times mixed up. Im so fruatrated because my son needs his shots. And they claim they don't have any openings until the end of the month.

I love it here ! Always friendly and dr pouth is amazing !!! He is the only one that my son will willing let look in his ears with no fight

Very terribe, i cant explain better than that,when you try to call for appointment they tell you call tomorrow at 8. Am, you call tomorrow nobody answer, worst of all they dont prescript you the medicine for the baby but they suggest, then the pharmacist refuse to give it to you, then some of us with dumb brind tell the pharmacist, the doctor said so, if you doubt it you guys investigate it, just maybe because i am african, i decided to edit it and add more storry , when my baby was born the hospital was UNC and it was running fine, since they move away from cornerstone on Westchester to quaker lane, the name changed to wake forest baptish, so for some of you that everything went as planned, was it before or after?
