A wonderful visit today met Dr Suzanne Hedgecock her taking time to explain things to me about my heath medications and understanding that I prefer natural healing before prescriptions meds was just awesome ../. So glad I left and changed to this wake facility staff were awesome the place was clean and welcoming Thank you for such professionalism and service !!!!!

DON'T TRUST THEM- As a new patient I recently made an appointment to see a PA at Family Medicine-North High Point. When I called to make the appointment I was very clear that I needed to know the exact total amount of money it would cost me. I don't have much income right now so it's very important to me. I was told that the total would be $100.When the day came, I when to the appointment and as soon as I got there I asked again for the total and again I was told $100. I paid the $100 and had the appointment. then I later received a bill in the mail for $61! I have called them to ask about it and was told that I owe $191! What is going on???? Lying to new patients about the cost of your services is wrong and ridiculous.

Been going to see Suzann Hedgecock for the past 10 years! You will not find anyone better in the Healthcare Field! She is awesome! Highly recommend Suzann and staff, they are beyond awesome!

I hate that Dr.Hawks retired. Dr Mandry is no doctor at all. She seems as she has little interest in helping you. Seems she’s stuck with the wealthy class. So if your not wealthy looking don’t go in looking for her to help you. So many patients have left because she doesn’t touch how good Hawks was.I’m the only one here today.

Dr. Hawks has been my primary care doctor since 1999. I’ve also had a professional relationship with him when I worked for an insurance company. Now I’ve found out he’s retiring in June 2019 and I don’t think I’ll ever find another doctor as good as Dr. Hawks!

My family has been going to Dr. Hawks for a few years since the move from Cornerstone. I went to see him recently but he would not see me because it had been awhile since my last appointment. So he moved me to his associate. I called the office to get the amount that I would be charged. I paid the amount at my appointment. Then the office sent me a bill for another extra amount in addition to what Kristin quoted on the phone. When I called to dispute the matter, she explained that what I paid was just a deposit. Now why wouldn’t she do that with my original call? Sadly this office has not shown care for me or my family in regards to our health or communication with billing. We will have to move to another provider due to the office staff being so unprofessional and lack of thoroughness in their positions. Maybe Dr. Hawks is just wanting to retire soon.
